To pair your new JR watch, simply download our App Cubitt jR + Teens and Sign up
Once you input your email and password, select next to where it says "Verification Code" select "Get Code".
Then, please check your email and you should receive a code; if you didn't receive it, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder, it should be there
After you add the verification code in the App, simply select "proceed" and you should be all set!

What you should NOT do: pair the watch directly with the Bluetooth in your mobile phone's settings. This will not allow the watch to get paired through the App. If you did paired your watch with your smartphone, please go to settings and select "forget device"
